EVENTS — The Amatiime Show — Concept, Curation & Live Production
The Amatiime Show was a curated live experience celebrating the golden age of jazz through a modern lens. Hosted at The Fitzgerald Jazz Bar in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, the event brought together live music, performance, and atmosphere to create an evening of glamour, emotion, and soul.
The concept was developed and led by Honey Ferdinand, who curated the entire production — from composing and arranging for the live band to overseeing creative direction, event management, and on-the-day production.
Across two captivating hours, guests experienced a dynamic lineup featuring live jazz and R&B performances, a burlesque dancer, a drag act, and a closing DJ set. The show reimagined the spirit of a 1920s speakeasy, blending nostalgia with contemporary artistry to celebrate music, individuality, and authentic expression.
For the creatives in her network who’ve been doing the balancing act all year round, Honey Ferdinand created AWAP — a space to pause, connect, and celebrate. The event was designed for those she knows and those she’s yet to know better, bringing together a community of artists, designers, and innovators who move between music, fashion, and authenticity.
AWAP marked the first event by Honey Ferdinand, The Label, offering a night that blended creativity and connection to close out the summer. It served as an opportunity for Honey’s network to come together, to connect, consolidate, and conquer — uniting familiar and new faces from across industries.
As a multifaceted creative working across both fashion and music, Honey recognised how easy it is to lose touch while juggling so many roles and responsibilities. The event acknowledged the physical and mental energy that goes into every creative pursuit — whether it’s media, an event, or a product — and celebrated the dedication behind it all in a world overflowing with content and ideas.
EVENTS — ALL WORK ALL PLAY (AWAP) — CONCEPT, CURATION AND MANAGEMENT
Curated and produced by Honey Ferdinand, this international event celebrated the ‘360’ album release by Ghanaian artist Susan Augustt, blending music, mixology, and visual storytelling into an immersive experience.
The concept invited guests to explore the album through taste, sight, and sound — featuring three signature cocktails inspired by the themes and moods of ‘360’. Each drink combined distinct flavours, blends, and visual elements that reflected the artist’s creative journey.
In collaboration with Tribeca Restaurant, the event also featured seven bespoke drinks, each paired with one of the seven songs on the album. A small, tailored audience was invited to enjoy each cocktail while listening to its corresponding track, creating a unique, multisensory connection between music and mixology.
